SENIOR CREDIT MANAGER

The Senior Credit Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of credit risk, asset risk, and portfolio risk for the company’s held and syndicated portfolio.  This role is responsible for ensuring that investment decisions and portfolio management are made in accordance with established guidelines and policies.  This person is also responsible for updating and adapting policies and strategies as necessary.

The primary responsibility of the VPSO to maintain a steady flow of new and qualified opportunities to the sales team.  The VPSO will accomplish this by recruiting, developing, and managing great people, driving and measuring activities and results, and working with all facets of the sales and marketing team to ensure a quality lead pipeline.  The Sales Manager works directly with the President and SVP of Sales to manage all of the sales operations, personnel, transaction management, marketing, and reporting functions of the sales team.  The ideal candidate has strong direct selling capabilities, management, leadership, and employee development skills.  The Sales Manager will need to be highly organized and able to be effective in within a highly experienced and driven team.
